I purchased this for my dad for Father's Day and it looked great. It looked a little big on him though, but he's on the shorter side. Love that Jansport has a lifetime guarantee as well so this bag should last many years of traveling!

Perfect, roomy backpack - very happy with my purchase, but it is slightly different than the picture. The black version I ordered does have the nice teal pull tags on the zippers, which I like, but it is otherwise completely black - including the back (which in the picture is gray), the insides (which in the picture looks teal), and the front right (which in the picture is dark gray). Just an FYI. It also came with tags advertising it was a "women's" backpack due to its measurements.

My daughter loves this mini backpack. Pretty spacious considering it’s size and it’s comfortable. Color is very cool. Typical Jansport material, so I’m sure it will wear well.

It was a mini backpack and my niece is 9 so no book will fit in this bag however she did say it was cute unfortunately it didn’t work out

A perfect sized bag for day outings. Easily holds essentials including a water bottle and light jacket. Long adjustable straps. I found it very comfortable while hiking.

really great bag. has many pockets which is good for organization and I need my organization, the amount of room and its size is perfect for storing anything and everything, it also has a laptop sleeve which could be very convenient for some, can carry some very heavy stuff in the bag like textbooks and will feel lightweight compared to an average knapsack. the only reason its 4/5 stars is for me personally the zippers are a little bit frustrating. they work and glide really well but it's just annoying to open and close because of the flap that covers the zipper which makes it a hassle.

This backpack is perfect for a day trip! It appears small, which is great, but I can fit a sweatshirt, water bottle, sun screen, small wallet, phone, and any other small neccesities with no issues. I do wear the straps all the way extended placing the pack perfectly in the center of my back. Very comfortable and lightweight. I forget I am wearing it most of the time!

Perfect size to use as a purse. This is my 4th one!

I purchased this bag to use instead of a purse. I found the straps to be a bit uncomfortable on my neck - which was the only real negative, but it's a big one. The size just right for my purpose- carry the essentials without a lot of bulk. I am still deciding if I will keep this or not due to the straps .

Excellent item, comfortable and spacious for a 10 year old boy!

This was THE backpack my daughter wanted. It's sturdy, wide enough to accommodate a couple of 1.5 inch binders plus a couple of books, and zippers look like they'll take a beating. Shoulders are well padded and she says its comfortable on her 7th grade frame. My only wish is that the laptop/tablet sleeve had a bit more padding. Can't speak to durability yet, but I'm optimistic.

My daughter loves Jansport backpacks. Fits all of her gear and can’t beat the price. She’ll be a senior in high school and this is the only backpack brand she’s used throughout high school.

The material changed I had one in high school and laster over 10 years this one the zipper for the front compartment ripped. Also there are holes in the material.

This is a great Backpack! It's huge and has taken a lot of wear and tear.

This half pint is a perfect size say for a child/adult. My daughter used it for when we traveled out of town & found it very convenient. Especially for what she was taking. She also used it for a hiking trip & stated its so light weight. Now she uses it as a purse. She says its comfy, very stylish & just perfect on the size. The fabric & print is AWESOME! We're very happy with this Jansport half pint! :) TYVM Zappos for making it possible by having them available!

Love this bag, my 8 year takes to camp and it is great, plenty of room for swimming stuff, lunch and water bottle.
